History of Our Club

Our Club goes way back to the 1800's.
Some of the early members included the likes of Wyatt Earp and Ike Clanton (the two of them never did get along with each other).
There was a guy by the name of Ed Schiefflin, but he took off to the east of here. He was always looking for Silver. I wonder if he ever found any. Then there were some good ol' boys from Missouri, Jesse somebody and he brought along his Younger Brothers, Cole and Grat.
I remember one day Jesse came back to camp and he was dirt from head to toe he said he was going to go to the gulch and take a bath...I may be mistaken, but I think that's the first time drywashing was ever used and it's become pretty popular here in the desert.
But I digress...You really need to come to one of our monthly meetings down at the Highway 92 Cafe and meet some of our semi-famous members...
See Ya There...
